Clover Creek Partners, LLC was founded to invest in and support small to mid-sized manufacturing, distribution, and service companies across the upper Midwest. Our goal is simple: to help businesses grow, strengthen their operations, and increase shareholder value through disciplined investment and hands-on partnership.

Who We Are
Founded by Randall M. Perry, Clover Creek Partners combines decades of executive, financial, and operational experience with a pragmatic approach to business development. Perry’s leadership is defined by a deep understanding of both strategic vision and day-to-day execution — from governance and acquisitions to lean manufacturing and financial management.

Leadership Experience
Randall M. Perry’s career includes senior leadership roles at multiple global manufacturing organizations within Everett Smith Group (ESG), a privately held investment company with diversified holdings in automotive, plastics, and industrial markets.
His background includes:
- President & CEO, Dickten Masch Plastics: Led three Midwest company acquisitions and integrations, growing the firm into a “Top 100” molder.
- Vice President & COO, Everett Smith Group: Oversaw five subsidiaries, increasing sales by 15% and profitability by 265%.
- President & COO, Albert Trostel & Sons Company: Managed a $600M global manufacturer across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
- VP of Planning & Corporate Development, Eagle Ottawa: Guided strategy for the world’s largest automotive leather supplier.
Perry began his career in commercial lending at The Bank of New York, bringing a strong financial foundation to his later executive work. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College and completed executive studies at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Management Institute.
